(1) Regardless of what is written elsewhere in this Act, high value and critical payments (high value and critical payments) and transactions shall be settled according to the RTGS total or net system as determined by the bank.
(2) RTGS system operation procedure, membership, transaction limit, service fee, liquidity arrangement, risk arrangement, transaction time, payment method etc. will be as prescribed.
